regulatory and connectivity issues.
♦ At the second level, Adunik identifies Master Franchisees (also called a Local

wishes to operate. These LSPs
find subscribers, provide Level 2 & 3 Tech services and collect payments.
♦ At the bottom level RT identifies and partners with the Local cable operator/Local entrepreneur and appoints them as Franchisees. They provide marketing and collection services.

Adunik will deliver beyond what Skype has done for Voice - A communication convergence between PCs - Mobiles - Video Telephones - VoIP phones with a carrier grade quality of service.
The Total solution would have Customer services & billing call centers, outbound direct Marketing call centers, marketing support. The key contributors to the gross profit are: Terminal equipment sales, Line rentals and call termination charges; billed to the customer on a per minute basis, and value added services like multi-party multimedia conferencing etc., which will be charged on a usage basis. |
